Pressure Washing

Pressure washing removes built-up dirt, sediment, and other debris to restore that new sparkle to your business, home, and property.

Pressure washing also helps to preserve your property investments because, over time, dirt and other debris can break down wood and masonry as well as degrade paint or woodstains.

We can pressure wash all the following and more:

Driveway/Sidewalk/Patio Sealing

Aggregate Concrete: Proper sealing of exposed aggregate patios, driveways, and sidewalks is essential to maintaining and protecting these porous surfaces from stains and weather-related damage. Additionally, a sealer enhances the beauty of the exposed aggregate concrete.

As part of the sealing process, we first pressure wash the surfaces to remove dirt and stains. Then we manually clean out any cracks and fill the cracks with matching filler. When the filler is fully dry, we apply the sealer. The sealer needs approximately 48 hours to dry in temperatures over 50 degrees.

On average, aggregate concrete should be resealed about every five years. Of course, weather conditions can alter this schedule, so it's always best to decide based on a visual inspection.

Asphalt: We also patch and seal asphalt driveways.
Note: Because we apply the asphalt sealer by hand and not via a spray nozzle, you will not find overspray on your home, adjacent patios, hardscaping, etc.

Fence and Deck Sealing

Wooden fences and decks should be sealed after the proper amount of time. Depending on the type of wood, this could be between 1 and 6 months. This will allow the wood to sufficiently dry or cure. Proper sealing protects them from water and sun and extends the life of the wood. Sealing a wood fence or deck will keep the wood from swelling and turning gray from exposure to the elements. Sealing the wood also improves the appearance.
